Artist Introduction
Nadia Sadirova, an artist with a Master’s in Graphic Design, has been shaping the world of illustrations and graphic designs for over seven years. Her work is renowned for its unique perspective, transforming complex realities into artistic expressions. For Nadia, art is more than a craft; it’s her mode of communication and a reflection of her passion. Born and raised in Ukraine, she now channels the backdrop of war into her creations, aiming to touch hearts and convey the nuances of Ukrainian life amidst turmoil. ‘Indestructible Beauty’ for Action-PSJ is her canvas to share this poignant narrative
“Life in Ukraine was shattered on February 24, 2022. You might have read about the war in the news or even engaged in volunteer efforts to help Ukrainians. My hope is that the illustrations collected here will give you a better understanding of the situation. This art is about our feelings more than figures and facts from media articles. These pictures portray how we perceive and go through every week of the war. They show fear, change, gratitude, disappointment, losses and gains, and the many complications in this whirl of emotions.”
