Even areas that were relatively quiet at the outset of the conflict are now experiencing heightened activity. Just two nights ago, Dnipro, where Action’s headquarters are located, was severely attacked. While we are relieved that all our colleagues are safe, the attack resulted in significant damage, including the targeting of a power plant, leading to widespread power outages and the evacuation of hospitals, along with the closure of five schools.

As we approach the second anniversary of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine and enter the third year of conflict, fatigue is setting in among the populace.
